Battle Cast Skins

I can't be the only one who loves lore behind Viktor and the Battle Cast skins. How awesome would it be to give many Champions a Battle Cast skin. I mean it would be easy to do and they could make it an event like with the Bilge Water one, like the Viktor Up Rising Event or something, where alot of Champs get battle cast skins.
