Vel'Koz Arclight Skin

Occasionally when you use your Q in the Arclight skin the second half of the ability will turn invisible while the main missile will continue on. The invisible second part will still damage but cannot be seen until it hits its target. Ive only noticed this bug in the Arclight skin.
