[SKIN CONCEPT] King Zed

Okay, so right now, Shen, Akali, and Kennen all have various medical skins. Surgeon Shen, Nurse Akali, and Kennen M.D

What some people don't know is this a reference to the popular webcomic Dr. McNinja. Which is about a ninja. Who is also a doctor. (http://blogs.charlestondailymail.com/nerdliving/files/2011/04/drmcninja.gif) It's very unlikely it's NOT a reference, I mean, not only do all three of these ninjas have medical skins (which seems like a very odd theme to give to them, otherwise), but league ALSO references the "Inverse Ninja Law" (http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/14/147020/2949626-9790466316-54806.jpg) by giving all four ninjas -1 HP for every other ninja on their team. So far, the only ninja who DOESN'T have a medical skin is Zed, who is the villainous counterpart to these three radical ninjas. So let's give Zed his own radical skin, unique from these other three.
