Im so sick of annoying people who afk or feed or play champs for the first time in rankeds, i just finished 2 solo games, in first adc and support gave 6 kills to enemy adc in 4 minutes and mid was just so agressive that jungle killed it 3 times without any troubles and we got destroyed in under like 15 minutes, second game we had vayne adc that ended the game with 2/11 score and was so bad and the worst part is that everyone else was really good and i felt like we really deserved to win :(. i know i cant affect those bad players except for reporting them ( I cant just report them for being bad players in most cases ) is there any other way to inspire them or do something to help them so we win the game, i mostly play jungler and i do try to gank but sometimes they dont even get assists and thus fall behind again, i also tried camping loosing lanes to make them push really hard but again in 2 minutes the lane that was loosing by mere 2 deaths now has 2 turrets less. pls help me i dont know what to do anymore i really feel like deserve silver at least and the climb last season was so painful and i dont want to have to do the bronze I to silver again

But I don't think we have a board for stuff like this. Usually Reddit is where people go to complain.

I know what you're saying, it is frustrating to have teammates that are lower skill level than you, however after looking up your op.gg I can clearly see a few issues. You need to ban better and have more vision priority. You have less than 15 vision score per game, you have to go red trinket at level 9 and start clearing their vision.

don't prioritize lanes that are feeding, help your other lanes win harder and snowball, especially your mid laners as they have the most burst potential. Your bot lanes seem to have issues early game so a level 3 gank at 2:30 in will always do work. Encourage your team to ward a lot as well, vision wins games.

Try to push lanes whenever possible and encourage your team to as well, especially your top laners. Be a leader, be vigilant.

your CS is abysmal for even silver players, you need to make sure you have at least 100 farm by 15 minutes in. Every time you gank you can take a few CS unless you get a kill from the gank. If you gank and they waste a flash or another SS you desrve some CS, if they ping you out just ignore them.

Mute everyone. I can't stress this enough, people tilt really easily in unranked games, so just /mute all when the game starts. All you need is pings. make sure your team is using pings more often than not.

Pick Jungler's that do work on their own. Udyr, shyvana, rengar, khazix, kayn, warwick and Xin Zhao stomp at low elo as they can carry the entire game on their back.

If you absolutely want to win, have a friend duo with you who is at the same level as you and just favorite their lane the entire time, theyll get ahead and you will have better communication than anyone else.

One last point I have is that you need to focus objectives. whenever dragon is up, take it. Don't teamfight unless your contesting objectives, dont engage unless your whole team is there and have fun.

You'll want to play Udyr, he deals magic damage but builds AD. he's a really fast jungler and can gank very well. He's especially good in low elo because unskilled players don't buy cleansing items like Scimitar or Crucible and his stun is a pain. [slayer-jinx-catface]
