I hear it's a tribute to the new Jurassic world movie that came out and it shows up on his league profile but i cant buy it. it wont allow me.

As Keagn mentioned, the Prehistoric skins aren't available to purchase just yet. Not all content is enabled at the beginning of each patch.

Hey there!

While the Prehistoric skins were implemented in patch 5.11, they have not yet been enabled for purchase. However, they will be up for purchase later on in the patch, so patience is key! ^_^

They will most likely be unlocked on Friday, since that is the release date of the Jurassic World movie.
