The Future Rework of LEBLANC

I heard LeBlanc was going to be in such an update. I also watched a video in which it was said the goal was to make her deception more of an ability rather than just a passive which can be triggered when in danger. Was going to ask what do you think of making her passive an alteration of what Tricker's Hourglass did? Every so often she can choose to portray an ally champion up to 30 seconds upon her choosing. Like after a 2.5 second channel, like when Kalista binds to a target, or like when you use Zeke's (but with a channel time perhaps?) or something she inherits their look, likeness, jokes, and what have you for a specific time! Was wondering what is everyone's opinion on this? Perhaps put it on a semi-long cooldown. Almost like 3 - 5 minutes, almost like a Karthus Ult, or Zac/Anivia passive so they can't over abuse it? Let me know! I also want other's opinions on this! My idea, is like Kalista's Black Spear, Trickster's Hourglass can be a LeBlanc-only item with such a cooldown that she has to start with, giving her the starting AP/Mana restore as a Doran's Ring, BUT perhaps maybe scaling like Viktor's "Perfect Hexcore", to make up for her lack of an item slot, especially if her burst is being reduced!
