About the greater quintessences of experience: +6%experience gained is honestly really not much

Quints are supposed to be strong, the most important pieces of a runepage (can give stats in any domain) However the Quints of xp are really useless. Don't know of anyone who uses it, and it doesn't make any difference in gmae how about eigher buffing it, changing it or removing it from the game?

yea they not that strong sometimes use em in the jungle or on support.

should be 3,34 %

so you can get 10% would at least be a bit more noticable
