[Champion Concept] Sukyo, Aspect of Creation (No Really, Come Take a Look)

Theme: Artist/Creation/Enhancement.

Passive: For 1 second after casting any spell, he can cast any of his other basic abilities to modify his current spell. The modifications will cost 25% of the mana and cd of the original spell. (I also considered something similar to the abilities leaving stains of ink which Sukyo could collect in order to restore a set amount of mana. )

Q:Liquid Beast Range 800 units Dash Range 400 units. Cost: Cooldown: 10 seconds Sukyo quicky draws a wild beast which comes to life at a target location dealing 10/15/30/40/60 (+0.2 AP)damage as it appears. He may recast this spell1/2/2/3/3 times to have it dash in a target direction dealing 20/30/60/80/120 (+0.3 AP) each dash. Modification: Modified spell has 1 wolf dash through the toward the enemy nearest the center of the cast.

W:River of Ink Range 600 units (doubled in River) Cost: Cooldown:14/12/10/8/6 seconds Sukyo lets ink flow from his pen, quickly drawing a river facing a target direction. Allies can dash along this river, gaining a 20% (+1% per 100 AP) Movement Speed. Enemies in this are slowed by 20% (+1% per 100 AP) Modification: Modified spell leaves a splash of ink that provides ally 10% MS boost and enemy 10% slow zone (or slow is increased by 10% if E)

E:Artistic Confinement Range 1000 units Cost: Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds Sukyo draws 4 walls at a target location (Note, the corners of which would not be touching to begin with, and thus the escapable areas), after a brief delay the walls would slam together knocking back champions still in the cage into the center, dealing 50/100/150/200/250 (+0.6 AP) and leaving a puddle of ink that slows enemies in it by 30% Modification: Modified ability would have a 0.52/0.64/0.76/0.88/1.0 second stun upon first contact and deal 25/50/75/100/125(+0.3 AP) bonus damage.

R:Ultimate Creation/Creator (cant decide, please help) Cost: Cooldown:180/150/120 Ultimate Creation: Draw a clone of enemy or ally champion that can cast cloned abilities with R + (Q/W/E)

Cooldown:120/80/40 Ultimate Creator: Gain a buff for 8/10/12 seconds to ignore mana costs, and have all cooldowns reduced to 4 seconds, also all spells will be fully modified without need of recast.
