@Rito Idea for a Teemo viability buff

Hey @Rito and summoners everywhere. I'd really appreciate your honest consideration and feedback on a buff for Teemo's kit.

I really do enjoy playing Teemo (yes, I know, I'm that guy). But lately I've found that it is hard for him to fulfill his duty as the Swift Scout of Bandle City. In the current state of the game, tons of characters have many ways to close gaps and punish a Teemo without needing to try to hard. Duskblade and Red Trinket counter his shroom placement. And excessive gap closers make it near impossible for even a good Teemo to get away. (I'm not even talking just assassins either.)

So my proposal is this:

Buff his W.

Have the movement speed active increased slightly, and most importantly, have it activate his camoflauge passive with the ability to move while in his passive for 0.5/0.75/1.0/1.25/1.5 seconds. Increase the cool down and Mana cost in order to make it fair and an ability to only be used for escape or hard engage.

This would make the attack speed ateroid on his passive better so that might need to be nerfed a small bit.

So tell me what you guys think of these possible changes. :D

Being able to auto-Q-Auto till blind goes away- w-Auto-q-kill would be way too strong though...

I would be down with buffing his W. It doesn't really feel that useful any more in many situations. I would say that as a counter to Duskblade and red trinket for late game is to hang on to your shrooms and toss them into teamfights like grenades. Not perfect but it helped me tremendously. Particularly in ARAM where Oracles otherwise can shut down Teemo.

I have almost 7 million mastery points on Teemo and I think a realistic buff he could definitely use is have his W remove slows like Garen Q and eve W.

Simple, quality of life buff.
