[Champion Concept] Sange, the Sanguine Warrior

Sange is of the Hemoni, a race of mantis-like creatures that dwell in tribal settlements near the base of Mount Targon. Despite their proximity to the mountain, the Hemoni have never interacted with the Rakkor, Solari, or Lunari, barring rumors that one or more of those 3 tribes might throw condemned individuals down so that their corpses end up in the Hemoni's hands. Hemoni are, on average larger than humans, generally growing to be 9 to 11 feet tall and around 5 to 7 feet long. While Hemoni physiology has relatively few deviations from that of an ordinary mantis, the deviations that exist are drastic. Hemoni have four arms, with the upper set ending in five-fingered hands while the lower set end with typical mantis claws. They also do not have the bulging eyes ordinary mantis have. Rather, their eyes are placed upon their head in ordinary humanoid fashion, and are monochromatic, coming in a few different colors, including red and gold. Their chitin also comes in multiple colors, including the two previously mentioned colors in addition to green and blue, among others. Hemoni culture revolves around the blood of other beings. They drink it, bathe in it, flavor their food with it, and otherwise use it for most tasks that one would use liquids for. As far as drinking blood goes, there is a distinct market for the blood of rare and/or powerful creatures. For example, Human blood is treated like ordinary drinking water, while Dragon blood is ceaselessly coveted and treated like a fine wine. Dragon blood is also a symbol of either status as an immensely powerful warrior or connections to an immensely powerful warrior. Either one commands respect. As a natural result of their affinity for blood, competent warriors are highly valued among Hemoni. As one could also expect, the Hemoni practice the art of Hemomancy. While fairly comparable to that used by Vladimir, Hemoni Hemomancy is far more focused upon the blood of one's enemies, rather than the blood of the caster. Sange is one of the most esteemed warriors among his kind, and is part of a five-man royal guard of sorts known as the High-Bloods. They serve the Hemoni's definitive leader, the Alpha Blood. The position of Alpha Blood is violently contested, with High-Bloods challenging the Alpha Blood for the high throne on a semi-regular basis. Sange, however, lacks such ambition, and is content where he is. In combat, Sange is one to revel in the bloodshed he causes, gleefully exploiting the psychotic pleasure he takes from combat to shock his foes. However, once combat is over, Sange becomes deeply analytical in regards to the blood of his fallen foes, collecting the blood of different creatures to see how they taste and how they fare on the Hemoni blood market. He also enjoys seeing peculiarities in the blood of his foes, such as blood that is particularly hot, or blood that is of a unique color.

In gameplay, Sange's abilities would be the following.

Passive-Sweet Crimson Nectar: Kills on large monsters heal Sange for 5% of his maximum health and 10% of his missing health. Kills or Assists on Dragon, Baron, Herald, and Champions heal him for 10% max health and 20% missing health.

Q-Trail of Blood: Sange's next basic attack within 5 seconds has slightly increased range, deals 40/70/100/130/160 (+30% AD) bonus physical damage, and causes the target to bleed, dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+35% AD) physical damage over 5 seconds. While the target is bleeding, they leave a trail of blood everywhere they go. If Sange is standing on the blood trail, he gains 25% increased movement speed and 35% increased attack speed. 55/60/65/70/75 Mana, 10 second cooldown

W-Fresh Blood: Sange lunges forward 700 units, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+65% AD) physical damage to all enemies in his path. If he collides with a large monster or enemy champion, he stops to attack them, dealing the damage and stunning the victim for 1 second. As he attacks, Sange tastes the blood of his victim, which invigorates him, granting him 25% lifesteal for 5 seconds. This lifesteal is applied to the damage dealt by the attack that gave it. 65/70/75/80/85 Mana, 16/15/14/13/12 second cooldown

E-Hemomantic Grasp: Sange uses Hemomancy to tug on the blood of an enemy champion within 750 units of him, dealing 60/80/100/120/140 (+25% AD) physical damage to them and pulling them 200 units towards Sange. If the target is below 40/45/50/55/60% of their maximum health, the pull is twice as strong. If the target is pulled within melee range of Sange, he attacks them, stopping the forced movement, dealing basic attack damage, and slowing them by 99% for .25 seconds. 60/65/70/75/80 mana, 15 second cooldown

R-Hemoni Execution: Sange lunges forward 600 units. If he collides with an enemy champion, he grabs them, suppressing them for 1 second while he delivers a fatal blow, dealing physical damage equal to 50% (+1% per 75 bonus AD) of their missing health. If the attack kills, Sange siphons their blood, giving him the ability to cast Crimson Tsunami for 7 seconds. 100 mana, 120/100/80 second cooldown (Starts after Crimson Tsunami is cast.)

R2-Crimson Tsunami: Sange flings the siphoned blood in a 750 range, 70 degrees cone. Enemies hit by the blood take 100/150/200 (+30% AD) physical damage, are slowed by 60/70/80% for 1.5 seconds, decaying over the duration, and are rendered nearsighted for 2 seconds.

Okay, not really. But this is a neat concept.

The title feels like it could use a little more work. Maybe change it to have something to do with the delicacy of fine blood (The Sanguine Connoisseur?).

~~The Passive's lack of existence outside the jungle bums me a little. Maybe the max health heal could apply to champions too (albeit maybe not to the same extent, based on the lore) or be moved to W or E and heal more from monsters. If moved I suppose a new Passive would be needed. ~~ Also the heal itself may be a little too high.

On second thought, what if the champions and epic monsters are delicacies in Sange's eyes? Where on Mt. Targon do you have the chance to taste the blood of Death, a space dragon, a catfish demon, Yordles, Vastayans, and Ascended? While there are Voidborn invasions, I doubt he would have been able to taste the blood of a beast like Baron Nashor. Plus, the humans in the league are all extraordinary in some way (magical aptitude, incredibly skilled with a weapon, etc.), and could at least act as a point of pride for Sange, since he took down such a powerful foe (i.e. I drank the blood of the legendary general Darius and the warrior queen Sejuani). You may still want to lower the heal value a bit. Keep it percent health though.

EDIT: Missed the part about champs. My bad.

Q is fine, though maybe the CD should be 1 second lower.

W's AD ratio may be a little high for a dash, especially one that can hit multiple targets.

If E isn't a skillshot you may want to consider making it one. Targeted CC can be fairly dangerous, and can use up a lot of power budget.

The ult damage may be a little high. Maybe make it go 40/45/50% or 45/50/55%.

Tsunami's nearsight duration is insane. If you keep it, you need to lower it to around 1 or 2 seconds (maybe 1.5 so it is consistent with the slow). 4 seconds is just too long. The slow may also be a little too high. Lowering the slow's strength or simply making it decay to a lower value over the duration could also work.

Also I am a little worried about some possible overlap with Nocturne. I guess he still has the spellshield and his ultimate's range, but I'm still nervous.

While some of the numbers do seem a bit off, the Passive could use work, and he has some overlap with Nocturne, this does seem like a fairly well designed Diver. GJ.
