I love this idea far too much not to remake it again. Numbers are optional. Omen, Herald of Gargos (Killer Instinct) Passive-Shadow Energy: Omen's resource is Shadow Energy. A fixed quantity of Shadow is gained every time you deal damage or take damage. Damage taken from Minions, Monsters, and Structures<Damage dealt to Minions, Monsters, and Structures<Damage taken from Champions<Damage dealt to Champions. Omen can have up to 300 Shadow, divided into 3 "Stocks". A "Stock" can be consumed by double tapping the hotkey of an ability while casting it to enhance the ability. Shadow levels remain static when Omen is not in combat. Q-Rashakuken: Omen flings a ball of energy a long distance in a target direction. This ability can be rapidly cast to fire up to 3 blasts. The cooldown of the ability is 3 seconds normally, going up another 3 with each additional blast. Each blast has a property randomly chosen from the list below. Bullet: Travels to its destination at high speed. Wave: Travels its distance in a sine wave pattern, slower than Bullet. Accelerator: Starts out slow, but rapidly escalates in speed to become faster than Bullet Tracker: Homes in slowly on the nearest enemy champion, dissipates after a time if evaded. Acts like a slower Bullet in the absence of champions. Orda Shield: Travels a short distance before orbiting around Omen for an extended time. Dud: Travels a short distance before abruptly falling to the ground. Cannot occur more than once per cast, only adds 1.5 seconds to cooldown. To achieve Shadow Rashakuken, press R right after pressing Q. The Shadow move fires 5 blasts and leaves a 9 second cooldown. All blasts deal the same damage, pass through minions, and stop at champions. W-Furious Flurry: Omen rapidly kicks target enemy champion within a short distance 4 times, dealing 4 rapid ticks of damage and slowing them by 90% for .25 seconds, refreshing with each kick. If the enemy dashes or blinks away, Omen will be left briefly kicking air, leaving him vulnerable. Shadow Furious Flurry fires a Rashakuken with each kick, although this just doubles the hits in practice. Unless the target dashes or blinks away, at which point the kicks will fire Bullets. E-Demon Slide: Omen slides in a target direction. If he hits an enemy champion, he will pass through them, damaging and slowing them. Shadow Demon Slide travels farther, faster, and deals increased damage over 5 rapid ticks. If Omen basic attacks his victim immediately after passing though them, he will claw at them twice, dealing damage while moving in the opposite direction of where he slid, pushing his target with his attacks. If he casts Furious Flurry at that time, that ability will suppress instead of slow. If Omen casts Rashakuken after Furious Flurry, he will fire the blast at his victim point blank, knocking them away from him. If Rashakuken is shadowed here, it will knock back further and deal more damage. If a "Combo" of all 3 basic abilities is completed on a mana or energy champion, Omen will seal a percentage of their resource bar, effectively reducing their maximum mana/energy for a limited time. If this is completed on another Omen, a single stock of Shadow is sealed. R-Demonic Despair: Can only be cast with max Shadow, consumes all Shadow. Omen flies forward a short distance. If he hits an enemy champion, he grabs them and fires a laser from the ground through them, dealing immense damage. EDIT: I got Shadow Rashakuken wrong in regards to Killer Instinct, but I'm keeping it the way it is here. EDIT 2: Added an effect under E to replicate another aspect of Omen. Also, feedback on all kits posted, including this one, is highly encouraged.

Noctis(FFXV): Passive - Danger State: When Noctis' health gets lower than 30%, an ally can pick him up and heal him for 10/20/30% health(levels 1,9,15). 30 second cooldown.

Q - Warp Strike: Noctis throws his sword in a straight line, and blinks to the end of the sword's path. This ability can also be reactivated to end the blink early.(3 second cooldown at all ranks)(High mana cost)

W - Phase/Blink: All damage is negated for 1 second. If dealt damage by an enemy champion, this ability can be recast to blink behind the target and deal physical damage(If multiple champions damage Noctis, he chooses the most recent before reactivating the ability).(12/11.5/11/10.5/10 second cooldown)

E - Elemancy: Cast one of three spells(in order: Thunder, Blizzard, Fire). Fire - Deals damage and causes burning for 3% of max health magic damage for 3 seconds. Blizzard - Deals damage and slows the enemy by 30%. Thunder - Deals damage for 3 seconds, enemies in the area of effect for the full duration are stunned.(5 second cooldown at all ranks)(Ranks 1 adds Thunder, Rank 2 adds Blizzard, Rank 3 adds Fire. Rank 4 and 5 increase damage or each ability, changing the ability names to Thundara/Blizzara/Fira and Thundaga/Blizzaga/Firaga respectively)

R - Armiger: Noctis summons 12 magical weapons. Upon right clicking an enemy champion he blinks to the target and auto attacks with no cooldown. This lasts for 12 auto attacks(a weapon disappears with each auto attack) and the damage reduces with each weapon lost. This ability can be reactivated on an enemy champion to send the remaining weapons to attack the target telikinetically.

I guess he could be designed as a semi bot lane non marksman or something.

Emily Caldwin P: Around the map are scattered outsider shrines, which Emily can visit to pick up runes to upgrade her ultimate. You cannot level up Emily's ultimate by leveling and can only upgrade it through finding runes.

Q - Far Reach: Launch a mass of void st a target location, pulling the first enemy it hits to Emily. If Far Reach Collides with a wall it pulls Emily to the wall.

W - Domino: Emily links two enemy champions, causing All damage applied to either champion to apply to both of the enemy champions.

E - Shadow Walk: Emily enters a spectral form, gaining percent movespeed and stunning the next enemy hit.

R - Entrance: Emily summons a void apparition that taunts all enemies in an area for X seconds. Runes can be used to upgrade either Area of Entrance, or the Duration of Entrance.

Rainbow Mika (street Figther)

Passive: Nadeshiko, every few seconds Nadeshiko comes from a random direction and performs a copy of any dash Mika does. Q. Brimstone. Mika dahes forward, stops upon hitting the first enemy champ and flings him. W. Shooting Peach. Mika dashes forward dealing damage, become rooted for 0.5 sec after the dash. E. Rainbow Typhoon. Melee range. Mika supress the target, and spins it for 2 sec, during the spin the enemy is immune to any damage but would do damage to teamtes if they colliwe with them. After the spin Mika throws them on a random direction.
R.Tag Team Mic Performance. Mika get rotted for 2 sec, for the next 10 sec after the root Mika abilities would do extra damage and would proc her passive.

The perfect disruptor probably shoudl have low damages without Nadeshiko xD

SKeletron Prime, The Final Mechanical Boss (from Terraria)

Would be a main Skull in the middle with the four arms sticking out: Laser arm, bomb throwing arm, drill, claw.

P: When you are very close to a enemy champion swing your claw arm around in the direction of the nearest enemy champion dealing low physical damage every 1 second and slowing enemies briefly.

Q: Fire a laser in the direction of your mouse that does a low amount of magic damage Low cooldown. Low Mana Cost

W: Fire a bomb onto target area after a brief delay. When it lands it does high magic damage to all enemies struck and creates a 50% slowing field in the Area. High Cooldown High mana Cost

E: Put your Drill arm in the direction of your mouse and dash forward, knocking enemies away and physicaly damaging all enemies struck. If you hit a target then lower the cooldown to 1.5s. Medium Cooldown Medium Mana Cost

R: Increase your movement speed by 100% and silence yourself for 5 seconds. During this time running towards an enemy champion will increase your movement speed by an additional 25% and running away from a enemy champion will reduce your movement speed by 150%. Deal high amounts of magic damage to all enemies close-by that radiates out into lesser damage. (Like Ravenous Hydra item 3074 ) Also heal your champion by 15% of the damage dealt. High Cooldown High Mana Cost

Diablo 2 Barbarian

Passive: Armament of the devil slayer: This unit can only have one weapon/shield/chestpiece/boots/headgear/necklace/belt equipped at a time and may have 2 rings equipped at a time, making their max number of items 8, they also have separate slots for health potions

Q: Concentrate: The next auto attack this character does will ignore 10/20/30/40/50% armor and deal an extra 10/15/20/25/30% damage. This attack is not able to be canceled, even by crowd control.

W: Stun: Bash the target stunning for 1 second and dealing 50/100/140/180/210+45% total AD

E: Sprint: Toggle: Sprint, gaining a 5/10/15/20/25% movespeed boost while sprinting. Sprinting uses energy, which is a separate resource and you get more by leveling sprint and leveling up in general.

R: Frenzy: Passive: Each auto attack gives you 1/2/3% movespeed and 3/6/9% attack speed stacking up to 12 times.

This character excels at getting right up in your business and messing you up, similarly to how they play in Diablo. They are aimed at playing top lane, but with proper clearing jungle should be possible. Aimed toward the late game they are incredibly scary once going, as they can dish out a lot of damage while still being moderately tanky and incredibly hard to kite.

Spartan B312(Halo Reach)

Passive: Mjolnir Grants the champion a shield based on max health, this shield recharges after 10 seconds of not being in combat, if shield is completely expired,takes an additional 5 seconds to fully form. This champion can buy Armor modules as trinkets, the armor modules can be activated by the Armor Ability ability.

Q - Give me a weapon Cycles between a shotgun, an assault rifle, and a sniper rifle, each weapon gives different buffs when active: Shotgun decreases AA range and atk speed but increases AA damage to 110% ad per auto, Assault rifle is standard range and increases attack speed when you first level this ability, Sniper rifle increases AA range and damage is increased when an auto has not been made in 5 seconds.

W - Armor Ability Activates your chosen trinket's ability.

E - Heavy Ordinance Calls in ordinance switching available weapons, Shotgun turns into Energy Sword increasing AA damage by 20%, Assault rifle changes to Machine gun decreasing movement speed by 5% and increasing atk speed by 30% and damage by 10%, Sniper rifle causes ability to shoot a Spartan laser which goes through units dealing 50(+100% Attack damage)

R - Noble Team Call in Noble team to support you for 30 seconds, Each member has health equal to 50% of your max health, and are equipped with ether a shotgun, assault rifle or sniper rifle. they follow you when no enemies are around. You can target and enemy by holding R and right clicking them and noble team will engage the target unless you lost 50% of your current health when cast in which case they will protect you.

Pilot Jack Copper (Titan Fall 2) Passive "Jump Kit" Jack can run on terran for 2 seconds (doing so increses move speed by 5% 10% 15% based on level) after two seconds Copper can jump to a new piece of terran

Q Graple Hook stright line skill shot if (hits terran will drag Jack to said terran) (champoin will pull jack to his target (target is not un CC durring this) if jack makes it to his target he will deliver a devastating Melee attack) can be stopped but recasting

W Amped weapons incresses AA scaling and adds addtional magic damage to AA

E frag grenade has two charges Jack tosses a grenade holding the ability with cook the grenade shorttening the detantion time if held for too long will damage jack opponents in the inner blast zone the grenade will take more damage also granade will deal more damage based on victomes killed in inner zone

Corvo Attano: The assassin that somehow never kills Night Night- Q-Fire Sleeping Dart at Enemy doesn't kill but somehow never wears off. Blink(flash but better)- W-Blink around map Choke me harder- E-Choke out enemy while behind same effect as Q F5->F9- R- press it once to save at any point in the game press it again to reset the game to that point.

the second game you play: Corvo Attano: The grim reapers scarrier brother Baited- Q- Places Spring Razor mine in closest choke point as you bait enemies Dark Vision- W- Reveals all enemy champions Rewire- E- after a channel time of 2 seconds enemy turret switch teams Devouring Swarm- R- Rats come swarming out of the river to royally fuck up everything

Passive: Leave vision for 1 second and to have other teams players completely forget about you and go back to pushing lanes.

huh, it's been a while since i played a game with actual characters that isn't league I guess the last character that i played was the dinosaur in that jump'n'run chrome offline-screen game

p - run faster -- you start the game with 70% base movement speed. Your movement speed is increased by (5% of base movement speed) per 5 minutes

  • T-Rex have short arms -- you can't autoattack q - jump [12/10/9/7/5 seconds cd] -- jump in the air performing a short leap. leap distance scales with movement speed w - crunch [4/4/3/3/2 seconds cd] -- deal (35/40/45/50/55% AD)(30% AP) AOE damage to surrounding units, slowing them by 30/40/50/60/70% e - cactus - passiv -- your presence causes cactuses to spawn in your proximity [1 every 20/15/11/7/5 seconds up to 8 at once]; jumping over a cactus grants you (+3/4/5/6/7% total movement speed); (+5% AD) and (+[stack]% tenacity and slow resist) for 8/7/7/6/6 seconds (stacking indefinetly) as well as decrease jump's cd by 40/50/60/70/80%. At 6 stacks crunch will snare units hit for 1 second [a unit can't be snared more than once every 60-20(scaling with championlevel) seconds]. This defence steroid disappears when the shield is broken, in which case it eventually recharges. The shield remains wrapped around Gaara for 3 seconds, reducing the damage and effects of incoming projectiles during that time. Cooldown: somewhere around 20-16s. ...
