Will Reaper Soraka come out during the Harrowing?
I saw the Soraka skin on the PBE and was hoping to buy it this Harrowing, but it seems to not have been finished yet, will it come out during the Harrowing event?

She was never part of the harrowing, so highly doubt it. Patch 4.18 said LeBlanc and Wukong were coming, and as of now they are here. Reaper Soraka wasn't finished, since there's not splash art and anything else they may want to touch upon before then. So, I'd expect her maybe in 4.19
She was never set for 4.18 anyways. She will be released in Patch 4.19, and that's when you will get it. She won't be released before it.
She better come out next patch then, oh man I just made a thread about this -_-
