Karek The Mist Stalker

Lore - TBA but a rough idea I had was he that he ruthlessly hunts any living person who steps into the Shadow Isles.

Role - Marksman

Base Stats: Health - 563 (2091) Health Regen - 3.8 (13.7) Mana - 296 (943) Mana Regen - 7.0 (12.4) Range - 550 Attack Damage 58 (114) Attack Speed - 0.698 (+0 - 59%) Armor - 27 (75) Magic Resist - 30 (38) Movement Speed - 330

Passive: If Karek steps out of a bush or his Q, he remains invisible for one second before being revealed. In addition, every 4th auto attack applies a potent poison which lasts for 1.5 seconds that can stack twice if he has enough attack speed for it. Leaving stealth from a bush has a short cooldown between uses that starts after leaving bush. Poison Damage: 40/80/110 +30% AD Physical Damage every 0.5 seconds

Q: Karek fires a container of condensed mist that deals 30/45/60/75/90 +10% bAD physical damage at the impact zone before it explodes to cover a large area in mist, dealing double damage for enemies that are in the center. Enemies inside have their vision reduced, but are capable of seeing units inside it.

W: Karek lays a trap which quickly arms itself. It does no damage but if an enemy steps on it, said enemy is grounded and slowed by 40%. If the enemy fails to leave the zone, they're rooted for 1.5 seconds.

E: A buff that increases his attack speed by 20/30/40/50/60%, his range by 50, and both poisons by 10/15/20/25/30 as a flat amount 10% to the ad bonus for 6 seconds, but he loses out on 25% movement speed and 15% bAD during it.

R: Charges his weapon to fire bolts coated in a different poison that does 15/20/25 + 5% AD every 0.5 seconds for 5 seconds that stacks on top of his passive, slows for 20%, and lowers the enemy's armor by 25%

Hope it's not too bad of a design. First time actually coming up with a champion idea like this so I can't say how well it's balanced.

So does his Q make him invisible to enemies outside the mist? His passive states that he remains invisible after stepping out of his Q, but Q never states that he turns invisible.

I imagine he is geared towards getting Guinsoo's, which would make 2 basic attacks from his R deal 750+150% AD bonus damage over 5 seconds. Might be kind of strong there. With 2.5 attack speed that would be 5 attacks in 2 seconds, or just putting it at 6, with his W active. This would give him around 286 AD and enough speed to hit at least 6 times in 2 seconds with runes. 6 attacks equal 3,432 Basic attack damage with crits & 840+240% AD + 4,950+450% AD poison damage. Total of 11,195 damage over 5 seconds regardless of if you die afterwards or not, 7,763 of which is applied to 2 other targets with Runaan's. Twitch would deal about 4,717 in 6 attacks using E with R active with the same build... Not including damage reduction of course, but your champ also gets a bonus 25% armor shred. Fact is, with Guinsoo's and everything added together, he is too strong. Also that's not including any other procs like BotRK, but that doesn't change between him and Twitch.

The main issue damage-wise is E increasing R's base poison damage by over 100%, which can be obtained by level 9 and at that point you're going from 15 base damage to 45 base damage, every 0.5 seconds for 5 seconds. That's 450+(50%AD) bonus damage on every hit, at LEVEL 9, with 25% armor shred, just go Runaan's 1st item and you're already a god. Kind of crazy.

So maybe if you tweak the numbers way down. Base damage numbers, so building AD vs AS isn't useless. Either way I get some pretty strong Twitch vibes from him, focusing on invisibility and poison. Heck, I almost want Twitch to have a mouse trap in his kit :P
