Tarma is armed with a lever action repeater pistol and the clip is side loaded. A metal tube is taped to the bottom and has a compressed air tank attached to it. He has a shoulder mounted mechanical arm that has a harpoon gun. His backpack is a radio pack and he as a utility belt which is the anchor for his harpoon. Otherwise, his design is simple.

Passive Reverse Keneticism - When Tarma deals spell damage to an enemy, he marks them with Speed Steal. Attacking an enemy consumes this debuff and Tarma steals 4.5/7/9.5% of their movement speed. He can steal the movement speed of multiple enemies at once, but this stacks only 5 times. Each stack lasts 3 seconds and the same enemy cannot be affected again for 7 seconds.

Q Shotgun Kiss - Tarma shoots a powerful metal slug from the underbarrel, in a straight in the direction he is facing. This deals 50/60/70/80/90 (50/55/60/65/70% of AD) as physical damage to the first enemy it hits and knocks them back as well as stunning them for 0.5 seconds Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana Cooldown: 7.5/7/6.5/6/5.5 seconds Knockback: 330

W Strafe and Sound While active, Tarma's auto attacks and spells do not interrupt his movement speed. Instead he shoots in whatever direction he is facing and moves freely. He raises his riot shield to block incoming damage from projectiles, reducing their damage by 20/23/26/29/32%. Cost: 20/24/28/32/36% of damage of auto attacks and 15/18/21/24/27% of damage plus 12/14/16/18/20% of mana of spells.

E Hookline - Tarma fires a harpoon in a line which ignores unite collision. If it hits a wall it will pull Tarma to it. Tarma deals 80/95/110/125/140 (50/60/70/80/90% of AD) physical damage to each enemy he collides with. Cost: 90/100/110/120/130 mana Cooldown 20/19/18/17/16 seconds Range: 750

R Super Vehicle - Tarma places a flare on the ground and his drop ship flies overhead to air drop his tank. The tank has its own stats and spells and lasts until it dies or runs out of ammo. The stats are fixed and cannot be changed. The tank's guns follows the cursor. The tank has no basic attack but instead uses its spells as attacks which have a limited amounts of use (basically ammunition). Each spell does not interrupt movement.

Passive Power Foward - The super vehicle cannot be stunned or knocked back. Rather the tank is slowed by these forms of crowd control.

Q Drakon Super Shell - Tarma fires a tank round to where the cursor is pointing which deals massive physical damage to enemies, knocks them away from the center, and ignites them dealing magic damage for a few seconds.

W Klaw Treads - When activated the tank treads are ignited and Tarma can run over enemies, ignoring unit collision, dealing damage every second. Tarma and his unfortunate enemy have their movement speed slowed down considerably if he is running them over. In addition Tarma can scale walls to travel over them.

E Mirage Lazer Cannon - Tarma fires a beam of refracting lasers in a line which deal magic damage and bounce from enemy to enemy reducing their magic resistance with each laser.

R Self Destruct - When the super vehicle is at dangerously low health, Tarma can press the self destruct button. Tarma will jump out and after a short delay the tank will blow up and deal magic damage in an AOE.
