Summoner Icon Tooltip

So this is what I'm thinking, I look at my summoner icons, massive scrollbar of icons I've accrued over five years ish of playing league of legends, and I realize I don't know what most of them are for. Not that this is a huge deal or anything, but I think it would be really cool to have little descriptions for them. You know so you could look back at all of them and remember exactly what you got them for. "Purchased for Riot Points," "Awarded for winning x number of games of poro toss in 2016," etc. Wouldn't take a lot of time for a Riot employee to do, just make little hover text boxes for each icon, easy peasy. What does everyone think? Worthy of a few hours of time?
