ICE PATCH: New ability Idea
An idea I came up with while driving down an icy road.
An icy area that is frictionless. The speed and direction that any champion enters the patch continues until they slide out of the ice. Teleports and Flash work while on ice, but dashes will not since it requires feet to dash.
Cool things you could do with this ability:

Use on enemies. Slide enemies into towers, past objectives, past your squishes when they dive them.

Troll your team by putting them places they didn't want to go.
Also, if used in the river, it could freeze a larger area because of the water.
