[Skins] Skin line icons

So, the new Mecha Icon looks really nice, and it's clearly associated with the Mecha skin line. Was there any thought to granting it as a bonus to the purchase of any skin in the Mecha line? True, icons coming with a skin is something we've only seen in Ultimate skins so far, but I see no reason why that couldn't change. Any thoughts on this?
