I mean its not like riot is going to copy paste a champion or any of the abilities youve created... And im pretty sure they already have a huge folder with tons of such ideas/concepts of their own anyways..
It's a creative outlet.
It lets them express their ideas and see how a tiny bit of the community responds to their ideas. Feedback and response tends to lead to better design kit wise and building their experience when it comes to building a character.
why can't you just let the people think of cool concepts and not bash on them?
