How do I see information about my ban
Like... How am I supposed to improve my behavior if I can't even see what games or what I said/did to get myself banned

When you login, you will see an in-client reform card with your chat logs.
You should have received an email about it.
Check your junk folder
You should've received a reform card in your email, and also be presented with it when you log into the client. If you don't get these, make sure your email is verified by clicking your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings, and that riot games is not blacklisted and sending the mail to your spam folder.
Otherwise, you can submit a Support Ticket to get information on your ban (whether it was for chat offenses or not).
check your email for chatlogs :D
