The Secret Keeper

Ok, this seems like a bad idea, but I want to hear someone's opinion. What if there was a lady champion from the Shadow Isles, who's passive could silence champions if they got hit enough? She could be a sort of witch like character with a mask, like , so we can't see her face, and she could be hunched over in a dark cloak, so we can't see what she looks like. She could have living sewing needles surrounding her and use them to bind foes and allies together. Part of her lore could be that she often works for the Black Rose, making sure that anyone foolish enough to stumble across them, would be unable to revel any secrets. Anyway, have fun discussing.
