Thought ab him in my math class. He's a mage, could be a tank. Q leaves a trail of fire from his staff for like 3 seconds. Something similar to Signed. W raises 2 hands of water that 'clap' a person in the area, and slows. E creates some a small pillar of earth that pushes Chi forward and stuns for half a second anyone hit by the rock while Chi was pushed. R is a ultimate that launches a blast of wind and combines with all of his abilities. If you have the Q active, the wind becomes some sort of fire. Also works with the water and slows, and when combined with his E maybe he stuns or something. His weapon is some sort of staff like lulus but changes color based on the ability used. He could be the shopkeepers brother, that was bored of selling items and was friends with Ryze and went rogue with his staff, something along the lines.
