THIS HAPPENED 3 TIMES CONSTATLY. AFTER CHAMP SELECT YOU DONT MAKE THE LOADING SCRREN SHOW UP, THEN I RESTART THE CLIENT AND SAYS THIS MEMORY DUMP SHIT AND NOW I GOT PENALTY AND LOST 3 MATCHES. WHY???

Not sure if you've heard, but currently the base game is in full meltdown after the latest patch that basically broke the game.
It's not fully resolved as of yet, I don't think.
For the time being, it's best to not play the game and go on a break. Only keep playing if you don't give a shit about win/loss and your LP, that is. Game's really unstable and buggy atm; not just the shitty performance, champs, runes, you name it, it's probably full of bugs right now.
