[Champion Concept] Changed Rengar - Take the red pill or the blue pill

So the problem with rengar is that he can oneshot someone from invisibility, so thats why i think he should be changed. But if you change him slightly you risk him becoming underwhelming.
So here is my idea. At the start of the game he is given 2 items like Kallista has a starting item to bind with an ally. Ok we call these 2 items the blue pill and the red pill. They can have other names if you want. If you consume one of the pills the other will dissapear.
The blue pill: Upon consuming Rengar will go invisible after using his ult. When ulting Q an enemy, he cant ult q that enemy again before he has ult q two other enemies. Its not only with q, its with q w e.
Example 1: Rengar ult q jinx. Now he has to ult q kassadin and sona, before he can ult q jinx again. Example 2: Rengar ult q jinx and then he ult e kassadin. Now he has to ult q sona and kassadin before he can ult q jinx again. Further he also has to ult e jinx and sona before he can ult e kassadin again.
The red pill: Upon consuming Rengar will go invisible after using his ult. When ulting q on an enemy champion he cant ult q again before he has ult w on an enemy champion and ult e on an enemy champion.
Example 1: Rengar ult q jinx. Now he has to ult w kassadin and ult e sona before he can ult q jinx again. Example 2: Rengar ult q jinx. Now he has to ult w jinx and ult e jinx before he can ult q jinx again.
If you go to the shop and sell your red pill and blue pill your ult doesnt give you invisibility.
So as you can see with this change his dmg output wont be changed, you just have to play him much more creative.
For the player who plays rengar when you press R and have and enemy champion in sight and lets say you are restriced to ult q that champion and lets say you have pressed R and q, that champion could become green instead of red as it is today so to show the player that this champion is imune to ult q.
You could still jump to that champion but it wouldnt take any dmg and cc
