Champion Concept - Clavicas, The BloodReaver.

Clavicas is essentially a berserker ADC, similar in vain to some one such as or , champions who become stronger as they lose health. In appearance he is a gangly man who fights with two hooks connected to chains around his wrists, whipping his chains to perform ranged auto-attacks. His skill set revolves around high-risk high-reward skills that give Clavicas bonuses for sticking around when low on HP, and gaining bonuses against foes who make the mistake of sticking around when injured.

Abilities

• Passive -

Blood Lust - Clavicas thrives as blood is spilled, gaining bonus stats based on the missing health of his allies, enemies, and himself.

Bonuses for Clavicas - Clavicas gains bonus lifesteal based on level and his missing HP. Bonuses for Allies - Clavicas gains bonus attack speed based on the missing health of nearby allies. Bonuses for Enemies - Clavicas Gains bonus attack damage based on the missing HP of nearby enemy champions.

~ Q - Whiplash ~

Clavicas whirls his hooks in a circle in a short range around him, dealing damage and slowing enemies hit. Additionally a portion of Clavicas' lifesteal applies to damage done to champions by this ability. Note that Clavicas uses both mana and a percentage of current health to activate this skill.

~ W - Rend For The Old Gods ~

Clavicas throws his hook forward, dealing damage to and snaring the first enemy hit. If Clavicas auto-attacks the snared foe he applies a bleed that deals bonus damage over time based on their missing health.

~ E - Dance Like The Damned ~

Clavicas gains a burst of movement of movement and attack speed, increasing based on his missing health. Additionally, Clavicas revels in blood being spilled, causing this skill to be instantly refreshed should he deal or take enough damage over a certain thresh-hold. Note that otherwise, this skill does have a very lengthy cooldown.

~ R - Grim Offering ~

Clavicas tosses his chains at target unit, dragging them directly infront of Clavicas, Once there, Clavicas Rips into his target, dealing a large amount of damage based on his target's current health. Once Clavicas rends his enemy, he becomes soaked in his victim's blood, sending him into a frenzy. While in his Blood Frenzy the bonuses from his passive are doubled, all of Clavicas' abilities gain bonus range, His Q Fully applies his lifesteal but costs more health to cast, his W applies a more powerful DoT with a shorter snare duration, and his E's bonuses are increased while the damage thresh holds required for resets are shorter.
