An even lower Low Spec Mode (Minimal Spec Mode)

First, here's where I'm coming from. The client still bottlenecks on me when downloading information from the server. And even with Low Spec mode enabled there's still all those high resolution images and detailed animated bits that it tries to load whenever doing anything. On occasion my client simply freezes, and I even had to memorize where the Accept Match button comes up when a match is found because it takes so long to load the flashy graphics.

**So Riot, why not have a Minimal Spec Mode available for the client? ** Aside from being a fan of minimalism and minimalistic design I can honestly say this has the potential to benefit some players. Not having to load up high resolution images and detailed animated bits every time you just try to navigate through the basic client would be great!
