Swain VU?

I really like playing Swain, but I feel like he need a VU and a new splash art. His model is squared and he seems to crawl instead of limp. And why does he limp? Why does he cover his face? Why does it seem so indifferent? What is he plotting? Why does he transform himself into a raven? His lore is mysterious. One of the reason why I play Swain is his ultimate. I find his transformation very cool, but I feel like that moment could be more epic. For example, Tyrant Swain has a lot of particles when transforming, but it could improve IMO. When I transform myself, I want my enemy to think "and now the sh*t is gonna hit the fan" (sorry for the obscene word). I searched some image of Swain, but I feel like nothing represents him. I really don't know what to think about him.

He is getting a pretty big TU in the next patch. Not sure about VU. I know its up on the list.

I agree that his concept is somewhat confusing.

I think a keyword of him is Noxian Commander, Strategist, Raven, Mysterious Mage, Tyrant and Wise.

That's why so many people want his Tyrant to be replacement for his original skin. Even IronStylus said that Swain needs re-imagining. However I have some presentiment that we will not see any visual update of him in this year let alone his dragon master skin.
