Amumu update/rework

Amumu is one of my favorite yordles and one of my favorite initiate, level 6 tanks. With a devastating Q/Ult combo, you can buy your team enough time to land a successful team fight, but! Amumu is easily kited, especially when and if he misses his Q or ult. I understand they are skill shots, but he shouldn't be completely punished, he's just a lonely boy ffs. Now! I'm proposing a thematic/visual/kit update for our beloved lost but not forgotten yordle. Keep this theme, but make it more Egyptian; Perhaps even him finding a place.

'Locusts' P: As Amumu is being destroyed, he will release swarms of locusts around his location to deal magic damage to nearby enemy units. Swarms of locusts spawn faster the lower health Amumu is. They will dissapear once consumed, if no targets are nearby for the locusts to fly to, or Amumu's health is restored to a previous health threshold.

'Wrap Enstrangle' Revised Q: Amumu launches out one of his bandages towards a target enemy, stunning and damaging the target while pulling himself to them. If the target is an enemy champion, they are 'Embalmed', and begin to take magic damage over time for their max health.

'Swirling Sands' W: Channel: Amumu will become stationary and conjure a whirlpool of swirling sands around his current location, pulling all enemy units towards the center and dealing magical damage to them. Enemy champions closest to Amumu will become blinded for the duration of the swirling sands, or until they move from the center. The whirlpool size and pull speed is increased by Amumu's AP.

'Sacrificial Curse' E: Amumu curses all nearby enemy champions for 4 seconds. Any abilities they cast will cost health instead of any other resource cost, and if those abilities restore health, they will lose that much health instead; Including allied heals.

'Mummification' R: DRAINS MANA Toggle: As Amumu moves through enemy units, tendrils will spread out from him and begin to coil around enemy champions. This begins to slow their movement speed drastically over time. If they stand too close to Amumu for an extended period of time, they will eventually become 'Mummified' and become rooted in place for a short duration of time. In order to be freed, Amumu must be killed, leave the area, or the enemy champion's ally must break Amumu's bonds on them. (But of course being able to be re-mummified.) The bonds entangle the enemy champions more quickly as Amumu uses abilities.

This is actually pretty creative.

Personally, his kit doesn't seem terrible functionality-wise, but it all looks pretty awful. Resizing his head alone would be a giant step in fixing him.

I like most of your kit but the ult seems really strong especially if he's going to be a frontline tank. Maybe put it on a toggle or just have the ability happen when you activate it so opponents can play around.

P: Is his passive working similar to Zac's blobs, only damages enemies? And what do you mean by a previous health threshold?

Q: Nice new touch, I like it.

W: I feel like this is contradicting your original point that he's kitted too easy. Why does this root him? Also I see what you were going for with the blind, but it may just be a tad too much for a non ultimate. Since it already pulls :)

E: This is really neat all the way around. So neat, I'd say it belongs on an entirely different champion, with a nerfed version lol.

R: Neat but there's a few problems here. It's like Varus' ult, but can be reapplied. The part that should probably change is the wording. Are you saying that the tendrils can be attacked? And only your allies can kill yours? You also said they'd be "rooted in place for a short duration of time", but then said it can be reapplied. The speed of entanglement really shouldn't be sped up here at all, especially since the only way to get away from them is to kill him or have an ally destroy the tendrils. (How I'm interpreting that). I like the direction you are taking him, just need some tweaks!
