Eccentric Chocolatier Bard

In a combination of a Gentleman skin and a Candyland skin: Eccentric Chocolatier Bard wears a purple dress jacket, a top hat, big bow tie, has some wacky unkempt hair and carries a cane- a la Gene Wilder's portrayal of Willy Wonka in the 1971 film.

Bard's meeps dress as little oompa loompas, and the chimes around the map appear as individually wrapped candies.

**Animations: ** **Taunt **- Bard pulls out a flower shaped tea cup and sips at the tea. **Dance/Backing? **- Bard spins the cane while chiming the Pure Imagination song from the 1971 film in chimey Bard fashion, meanwhile meeps do oompa loompa dance all around. (Ahaha how much would the rights to that song cost, I wonder? Shame Bard isn't popular enough to warrant that deep of an investment, some sort of song would do.) Joke - Bard pulls out a chocolate bar and slowly starts to unwrap it, a part of a gold ticket peeks out, Bard peels off the rest of the wrapper and the ticket goes poof- Bard deflates slightly, looking visibly saddened.

Abilities: Q: Little to no change, color difference perhaps? **W: **A variety of candies rain from the sky, and continue to pile up until the W has fully charged. E: Trippy/colorful kaleidoscope effects on tunnel. R: Little to no change, color difference perhaps? Or makes everybody look like a gummy bear?
