Volibear legendary skin?

We don't have any skins above 750 RP for Volibear, and he really deserves it. He's been here for a long time, in fact, longer than Darius who has 1 legendary skin and one 10 gemstone skin, and 6 skins (including the gemstone and legendary one), yet Volibear doesn't even have a skin above 750 RP.

He was made before Ahri was made, and after Fizz was made, and he was made on 11/29/2011, which is almost 6 years ago, and none of his skins pass 750 RP? What's this?

What if we had an ursa major skin for volibear? Because Ursa major is a bear constellation

His Q would show a star effect on his feet instead of lightning, and would leave a star trail instead of lightning, although the little specks of sparks already look like stars. Once they are flung over him, they will have a shooting star trail when they go over Volibear's body.

His W would show the northern star on his head when he could bite because according to his Lore, he is North of the Freljord, which are probably pretty far North considering how cold it is there, and he is a constellation in this skin, so it would fit because it's the NORTHERN STAR. Northern and a star. And instead of the paws that grow and fade out once he can bite, it'll be stars that glow and fade out when he can bite.

His E would create a space aura that slows them instead of a lightning Aura(Subject to change, add more or add less. Didn't have a good idea for this sorry lol)

And finally, the best idea I have His R(ult) would connect among them like connect the dots, because he is a star constellation, it'll be cool if the line connecting them created a constellation, and once they got hit by the chain or the auto attack, they would shine and glow brightly like a star.

Also you should probably change the champion sounds when you do this.

Death animation is a supernova, which is what happens when stars die. Makes sense.

The champion design/appearance is the one part I haven't thought out yet, but the kit is PERFECT for a star skin like this. He would probably just look like a star bear with some space armor or something, I don't know.

Can any skin designers make a design for this, and if it looks good, I'll post it up here as the skin design.
