Mercenary Kat

Do you guys think it would be possible for riot to change this skin into something better? Lets be real, this skin is basically just a chroma...that sucks. I have a skin concept, what about Nightblade Katarina? It could be somewhat similar to Irelias skin, maybe they could be rivals or something? Both of these skins cost 520 RP, and Irelias looks amazing and possibly if Kat got one I'm sure it would look just as good!
