Dee dee, the Evil Eye

Little sister that found a better way of wrecking havoc. She wants to play with her big sister. Her favorite game is hide and poof; the rules are simple, everyone hides and she will make you go poof once she finds you.

Description:

• Body similar to Jinx (skinny, pale and small breasts)
• Heterochromian - Two different iris colors ( Left- Normal Pink Eye, Right - Evil Eye Light Green )
• Single braid
• Since uses bullets and belts, she should just need need belts and a lot more colorful patches and patterns and less revealing.
• No tattoos
• Instead of paint, she has stickers
• Armband with a symbol that represents her old gang but there is an X that is over the symbol

That is how far I can go, the abilities are vague but you can continue on that. The reason why I chose the Title "The Evil Eye" is because its a synonym for Jinx and the name had to follow the theme of the Roman Numerals:

• Caitlyn - C (100)
• Vi - VI (6)
• Jinx - X (10)
• Dee Dee - D (500) or (1000) since there are 2 D's

Plus, I was inspired by my childhood television show "Dexter's Laboratory" and Dee Dee is always the person that destroys everything in Dexter's Lab.
