Take your time Fiora

The Grand Duelist is taking her sweet time popping her ult. I just played her in the PBE and once I got to level 6 I was pretty sure I could take a kill. I popped my ult and started attacking and after a few seconds I died. The ult only created the range of the movement speed area but the vitals were not open. After 5-6 seconds the vitals finally showed and disappeared after that. I did my ult multiple times to see if I was doing it wrong but it was not me. What happened in the Patch. Fix it because I finally got a hang of and it messing up my games. I could have gotten 7 potential kills but there is a problem with the ult.
