Pool party skins question

I was under the impression that the pool party skins were going live with patch 5.12, but they are not in the store. So I'm just wondering if I had my information incorrect or not. If I was thinking correctly where the pool party skins at!?!?! I reallly want the lulu one ^_^.

No skins are ever live with a patch. They will be released sometime during the patch, I'm guessing by the 26th since that Reward from last week includes ALL pool party content in a bundle.
