LF Top or Jungle For Ranked 5's Team

My team is currently looking for a committed top laner or jungle. Our current top laner can play both so we will rearrange as necessary. We are a semi serious team made up of B4-S3 players. We need this last spot filled to be able to start playing ranked matches. Looking for someone who understands basics of the game as well as their lane of choice, and has a somewhat decent champion pool(3-5 champs playable in that lane). Must have curse voice for communications. Right now we look to play between 4:30pm CST - 8:30pm CST. Practice days are not currently set due to not having complete roster as well as occasional schedule changes. Looking to have at least 2 days a week for scheduled practice.
