Evelynn should not be catagorized as a jungle role

Whenever she charms an enemy, the enemy champion is going to know that she is nearby. This nullifies the purpose of being camouflage. Once she charms someone she has to approach in melee range, at this point the enemy champ has vision of her. Her Q ability hits the first unit in its path, so when she gank's, she' ll be hitting minions. None of her abilities has life steal, health regeneration or any armor or magic resist buff. She is very squishy. All of this said, for her to gank, she would need the laner to help alot. When the laner helps with any gank, she don't do a lot of damage so she have to get kill shots.
