Just watched the opening episode of S7 TWD, and I have to say Negan is a badass. Was trying to think of characters in League that compared to him and I think Trundle would be the closest/easiest to adapt.
Give him the leather jacket/scarf and LUCILLE and maybe a one liner or two from the show and I would buy it in a heartbeat.

You have the right idea, but the wrong champ for the skin.
Negan definitely needs to be created, but use Darius as the champ.
The bat has barbed wire wrapped around it so the hook ability wouldn't be completely absurd, and of course that double handed, jumping over head swing of an ult goes hand and hand with what we saw in the season 7 opener.
Doesn't hurt that he has some of the same features as Negan too.
