SHould not fiora Q be reset only and only if she hits a vital?

i dont find it normal that fiora q resets everytime even if she misses the vital. its really hard to fight that and i find it even harder now that her w is 2 sec stun...literally i can go take a shower and come back to play when she lands the w on me but ill skip that part. the point is i fight so hard for her not to hit my vitals in lane phase for almost 0 reward since her q resets anyway. where is the skill in walking up and hitting another champ vital or no vital.

It does not reset when she misses a vital and does reset when she hits it in fact there is no reset for it. when you hit a champion it lowers the cooldown by 60% and it is supposed to be like that since it limits it as a tool to run away but keeps it as a tool to fight and move around a fight.

Also don't cc her in her w since then you won't get stunned, the only champion that has a hard time with that is like mao.

It's very necessary for the champion to even work though.

And even with it, she's in an awful state currently. There's sooooo many other champions you could be complaining about.

A Q that has extended aa range, applies all on-hits including grasp and spellblade, and prioritizes champions and vitals so requires basically zero targeting. Oh and get some free movement speed for hitting your marks bc your Q might still be too hard to hit and even more free ms during your ulti because 50% hp true damage isn't enough.
