[PASSIVE - Master Pickpocket] Reighling's first autoattack on a unique enemy champion steals a small amount of gold and grants Reighling a short movement speed boost. This cannot happen on the same champion for a few seconds. Additionally, she gains bonus attack damage and movement speed for each full item she has.

[Q - Explosive Blunderbuss] Deals damage in a cone, knocking back Reighling and enemies hit.

[W - Scimitar Prowess] Toggled ability. When off, grants bonus attack speed and movement speed. When on, autoattacks deal extra damage at the expense of a small amount of mana.

[E - Pole Vault] Uses a pole to leap to a target location. Reighling is untargetable during the leap. Leaves behind a pole in the ground. The pole can be picked up to leap once again and reset the cooldown of Pole Vault. Reighling Poles can be picked up by enemy Reighlings.

[R - Grand Escape] Sets off a large explosion, dealing massive damage and knocking back enemies and Reighling. Reighling then gets a short movement speed boost.

Passive: Riot removed Ashes gold buff ability long ago due to unfair advantage in economy in game. here "Plentiful Bounty(Passive): Each time Ashe kills a unit, she gains some extra gold." You did balance it well, so maybe instead of actual gold, you can just say "Valuable item", which you can redeem at the fountain for maybe 20-30 gold each stack? you can lose stacks of course if you are killed or attacked.

Q - a combination of kled's un-mounted pocket pistol effects + a knockback. W - okay...free bonus Attack speed and movement speed? maybe interacts the passive some how? E - Can the pole be destroyed? or does it have ward hit points? I don;t know the enemy thing works, since it only matters in normals. do enemy bards have to compete for spirits? or enemy thresh's for souls? probably needs more rules to clarify. R - basically Zigs satcel satchel charge in ult form.

Your abilities kinda make sense with the theme. but the passive and abilities lack interactivity with one another. Having an escape E that does no damage or use for your allies could be a problem. could be a strong concept just lacks that gameplay impact.
