Teemo Rework Suggestion for Season 10 by GierchEn
I have been in social Hiatus as a person, yet along as a Riot's Runeterra Summoner, also celebrating our 10th Anniversary i just have realized an enlightenment within me to have and actually enjoy playing as Teemo again, after receiving his Omega Squad Cosmetic from the Legendary Skin Orb and to realize his very role that specialized my map awareness and solo yet reliable play style rather than an imp Furry with a Blowpipe.
Warwick was my 1st Champ and Teemo was 2nd way back as a newbie at Season 4. This guy is easy to play than Warwick when i were still an enthusiastic deadpan dude unlike now who is much cheerful yet passively chaotic good err something else to describe my self as the guy in author for this stuff... Crap tho.
This guy indeed has potential for Rework in my opinion to be more impulsive and reliable with a team and as he is a Deadly Solo Scout rather than Passive Aggressively holocaust enemies just as the imp furry with a blowpipe he is currently. Well yeah, this is my suggestion tho:
Teemo, The Swift Scout
Marksman, Support
Secondary Resource Bar - Energy/Momentum: 90 -> 100 -> 180 (Levels 6 -> 11 -> 16)
Passive: Awe Fervor
Teemo gain a single stack of Awe Fervor for each nearby Champion casts an ability including himself (Up to 6 Max Stacks). At 6 Stacks and also Consuming Awe Fervor by Assisting an ally grants 2 Stacks while Securing an Owned Takedown resets it.
Awe Fervor Active: His next Basic attack would allow him to Shunpo (gapping himself closer to a targeted Champion only) either Aiding an Allied champion to gain a healthbar shield together, or Assaulting an Enemy champion only to Nearsight him or her.
Q: Burst Plant - 25 Energy Cost
Plant: Teemo Hurls an Explosive trap discharging 1/6 stored in his pack. If Teemo tosses his trap on to another, it will bounce, gaining additional range, yet triggers it to burst after by 2 seconds.
Trigger: His Traps are Camouflage and can only be visible when nearby; upon contact or its smaller Warding Trinket-like Radius itself is also its trigger to deal 50% Attack Damage as True Damage and Inflicts Grievious Wounds base on Level caught, and also slow them.
W: Tame Shot - 90 Energy (It is against his will to be only allowed to use This on others but not also himself)
Aid: Teemo hurls a friendly projectile that deals no damage, passes through units unless it hit an Epic Monster or Champion.

Rescue Aid: Either giving an Ally champion a Spell Shield or Exhausting Enemy champions reducing their Movement Speed, Attack Speed and Supposed Damage by 5% (Up to 25% @ Max Ability Pts.); Hitting an Enemy Champion upclose stuns them instead, while ally hit upclose were cleansed instead.

Undeemed Hunter: It works as a Projectile "Smite" on Epic Monsters - Stealing their health (Excluding Little Raptors, Smaller Wolves and Smaller Krugs"
E: Relentless - Amount of Momentum as Energy Cost
Passive: Teemo Builds a Momentum of Bonus Movement Speed when moving, Reduced if interrupted
[ Invisibility Duration = Momentum Amount/100 * 0.1 ]
Active: Teemo breaks free from crowd controls, en thus consuming Momentum to be invisible throughout
Ultimatum: Lethal Cheap Shots - 30 Energy + Amount of Momentum from Relentless
Innate: For every 6 Seconds, his next 6 Projectiles or Basic Attacks deals double damage.
Active: For 6 seconds, Teemo can fire his next projectiles in an arc.
