W: Sharpshot A far ranged shot that deals 80/81/90/94/100 damage twice. Cooldown: 20/19/19.3/18 seconds

E: Umbrella Blocks 1/2/3/4/5% of enemy's skills for 10/15/20/25/30 seconds. Cooldown: 30.4/30/29.04/28/25

R: Strength of Vi, Insanity of Jinx All attacks do 9/10/10.4/12/20% more damage, also increases movement speed by 20%
