Shisochin, the masked temptress (Champion concept)

Summary: Shisochin is a female ninja assassin whose katana devours the souls of her enemies. The hilt of the blade contains a long chain connected to a japanese war fan.
Abilities: Passive, killing minions/monsters/enemy champions absorbs souls for katana which increase magic resist and attack
Q (withdrawl): Switches between Katana and war-fan. Katana favors more aggressive play style where switching to fan offers defensive attributes. Skill Points in "Q" grant additional atk when switched to katana, and magic defense when switched to fan.
(Katana) : Offensive Attributes
W (decisive slash)-Shisochin slashes her katana in a cone, enemies struck by the attack are knocked away a small distance from the slash
E (Fury edge)-Shisochin dashes in a straight direction slashing all enemies on her right side
R (rising uppercut)– slashes an enemy (single target) knocking them in the air for 1 second.
(War-Fan) : Defensive Attributes
W (protect)– shisochin gains a shield based on souls absorbed by the katana
E (throwing knives)– shisochin unleashes 3 ranged knives from her fan in a cone which when hitting slow the target for a short period of time
R (grapple): shisochin throws her fan towards an enemy (cannot go through minions) when hit will grapple her to the target
