Champion Concept: Xan Dias, The Overseer

A revamping of an earlier concept, tying the spells together better with her Ability and making her a bit less team-reliant without removing her "Guardian Angel" gameplay.

Ability "Beneficial Presence" - Xan Dias cannot use basic attacks on non-Structure units. Instead, she chooses one allied Champion to fight in her stead, granting their basic attacks 6 (+ 3 x Level)(+15% AP) bonus magic damage as long as they are within 700D of her. Another Champion can be chosen every 300s, but the same one cannot be buffed twice once connection has been lost.

[Q] "Sanction" - Xan Dias throws 3 slow moving orbs out in a cone, each traveling up to 650D and inflicting 60/85/110/135/160 (+ 45% AP) magic damage on single enemies. If her Beneficial Presence ally has attacked these units within 1.5s of contact, these units are Stunned for 1s. While alone, damage is increased by (+ 30% AP). Mana 90 CD 15/14.5/14/13.5/13

[W] "Benevolence" - Xan Dias shrouds herself and her Beneficial Presence ally in a protective light, granting shields of 70/110/150/190/230 (+ 50% AP) health for up to 4s. If the shield lasts the full duration, the bearer is healed for 80% of its current value. While alone, Xan Dias' shield value is increased by 50% with a 50% healing penalty. Mana 80/95/110/125/140 CD 18

[E] "Division" - Xan Dias cloaks herself in energy and dashes forward 650D after a 0.5s delay, inflicting 50/80/110/140/170 (+ 65% AP) magic damage on enemies and knocking them 425D away. Her Beneficial Presence ally gains 20% Movement for 1.25s per enemy Champion she makes contact with, capping at 2.5s. While alone, this spell is disabled. Mana 85/90/95/100/105 CD 16

[R] "Reunion" - Xan Dias passively grants her Beneficial Presence ally 15/20/25 bonus Armor and 6/8/10 bonus Magic Resist. On cast, Xan Dias makes her Beneficial Presence ally Untargetable for 0.75s after a 2s channel before pulling them to her location. If successful, the ally loses their Beneficial Presence mark while retaining this spell's passive effects for an extended 1s. Mana 125/150/175 CD 180

Health - 470 (+ 74 x Lv) = 544 to 1802 Mana - 200 (+ 32 x Lv) = 232 to 776 Attack Damage - 54 (+ 4 x Lv) = 58 to 126 Armor - 14 (+ 2.2 x Lv) = 16.2 to 53.6 Magic Resist - 30 (+ 1 x Lv) = 31 to 48 MS - 330 Attack Speed - 0.611 (+ 2.5% x Lv) = 0.626 to 0.886

The effects of her ultimate seem rather contrived, and the passive element is basically just a nashors tooth that you don't even get to use yourself, making it useless on anyone but, say, rageblade Kog'Maw or attack speed Yi. Plus, the non-repeat portion of her passive stops her from being an effective support, even ignoring the conflict between how her ult and E would end up being used.

I design champs, and I will admit that I don't always fit a theme, but the E is simultaneously her strongest and least functional ability. It breaks her theme by giving her a hyper-aggressive dash, but also prevents her from adequately using her R, since it encourages being in the fray.

Hey there, I upvoted this because I hate it when starting concepters get no attention :) and even if you arent a starting concepter...I'd hate to see concepts dissapear down the drain in general..

Anyway, this concept seems to come from a very good idea. A passive-ish support that does not attack herself, but buffs her allies. The thing with this version of het passive is that it does too little to make up for het lack of attacks. I'd advise you to take away the cooldown, and allow it to be switched on the fly, making it that it works similar to auto attacks (maybe even letting it be interrupted by casting certain spells). This would make it similar in a way to Tarics "Bastion" ability.

The Q is fine, nice interaction with the one you are giving the passive too, as is the W. The E, like Terakali said, does not really fit her theme however. I'd suggest giving her some other form of skillfull ability. Try thinking of what it would be like to play as her, imagine what you'd want to do or to be able to do. If you have a hard time getting ideas, maybe you could start with a lore. I isually tie my lore with my abilities a lot, and writing it might give you some inspiration :)

Her ultimate is a bit strange...although its an interesting idea, I dont think it would be wise for her to be able to just jank an ally out of a fight. The other way around would be cooler, but then you'd have something too similar to Shen. Maybe make her ultimate an ability that would benefit the whole team?

Anyway, I hope that my feedback was helpful :) As a disclaimer, I only give feedback based on my own experience as a player and concept creator. I dont however, want this champion to stray too much from what you envisioned for her...She is still your champion.

Have fun on the boards, and i look forward to seeing more from you :D
