Fix Worldbreaker Hecarim!

I really want to get the skin, but it needs to be fixed ;-; Those wings on his shoulder pads ALWAYS clips into his head, even when he's idle. A solution would be to either make his head smaller or just fix the wings so that they are either smaller or facing more outwards to the sides... I know it probably won't be fixed, but I'd like to know if anyone else is concerned about this
