Regression Game mode

Story Background:

The nexus on the summoner's rift is corrupted by a mysterious force. It emits strong negative energy that if a champion expose to it, he is weakened. The longer a champion stays on the rift the weaker he becomes. The institute of war, however, cannot halt the battles on field of justice. Therefore we have champions train themselves before entering the rift. But the battle became more deadly as weakened champion carries more powerful weapons...

Setup:

All champion will start at Level 18. Summoners is given a chance to allocate the ability points at the beginning of the game. But be very careful, when champion level down, the ability points goes down in reverse order summoner put them.

Starting gold will be same as normal mode

The Game:

The minion waves gonna start 15 sec later compare to normal game. It is to give summoner chance to allocate their ability points carefully.

Exp gain will be as normal, however at the time the second wave of minions spawn, the global experience decrease commence. the rate of decrease is constant, but due to the fact that there is less exp required at lower level, it will play out like exp decrease rate is increasing.

As Exp gain is same as normal, champion clear waves quick can retain their level for longer. Champion kill can also help retain levels.

The level decrease will stop at level 3. Therefore each champion will still have 3 ability to use at lowest level.

Additional items special for this game mode:

A consumable item enable the use of ultimate can be purchased from 20min of the game. Even when the champion is level 3. Upon the use of this consumable item, the ultimate is enabled temporary. Exception maybe Udyr/Elise/Jayce/Karma, as they can use their R at level 1.

The goal:

The goal remains the same: destroy enemy nexus. But team fight is dramatically changed as in mid and late game, everyone have strong items but low hp/mp. Team Fight will be dramatically shortened. Vision and position become more important.

Itemization also plays out differently as 1 spot is required if want to use ultimate. It also limit to 1 ultimate per fight.
