Warning Message for banning a teammate's pick intent champion

Too often there are people in team who ban champions that marked as intended to pick by teammates. And when asking why they always say they didn't check the pick intents.

If there is a warning message before they apply the ban, I think they may ban differently. Unless they intentionally ban the pick intended.
