Lucy, the Aerial Steel Spinner

Description: This is another ace pilot I'm going to make from the Screaming Yipsnakes. This pilot is named Lucy. Unlike the other pilots I've made, this character pilots a helicopter like . The only difference is the way she moves is similar to apache helicopters. The way she attacks is also similar. She tends to fight at close range so she can play role as a range tank.

Stats: Attack - 50% Health - 90% Magic - 50% Difficulty - 75%

Attributes: Primary - Tank Secondary - Marksman

Abilities: Passive - Steady Aiming When targeting an enemy, Lucy can still move while she's attacking but has 5% less movement speed when moving sideways or backwards.

First Ability - Penetration Rockets When active, Lucy's next basic attack shoots a rocket that flies forward towards the target's last position during activation, exploding upon collision of the first target or when it arrives at its target location, dealing magic damage to enemies withing range of detonation and lowers their armor by 10% for 4 seconds.

Second Ability - Propeller Blades Lucy activates her Propeller Blades, slicing enemies within range, dealing physical damage each second they remain within range of the propeller blade attacks. Enemies outside of range of the Propeller Blades deal 10% less damage with range attacks (If you use melee attacks, that requires you to get in range of the Propeller Blades).

Third Ability - Spot Light Lucy activates her spotlight to reveal enemies within a cone in front of her for 5 seconds. If the next spotted enemy is a champion, the spot light will focus the light on that enemy, revealing other enemies around the light's main target for and extra 4 seconds, or until the enemy target gets out of range or moves to the side of Lucy.

Ultimate - Rapid Fire Barrels For 8 seconds, Lucy remains in place while rapidly firing at a target area, dealing physical damage to enemies within that area of fire and lowers their armor by 10% per second, stacking up to 80%. Enemy armor remains lowered afterwards for 3 more seconds. (Like 's Chaos Storm, you can control where Lucy is firing by pressing the R button at where you place the cursor). As she fires her Rapid Fire Barrels, she also forms a shield that lowers all damage source in from of her by 25%.

Special Passive I - Top Ace Yipsnake If at least one fellow ace pilot from the Yipsnakes is on the same team, whichever pilot gets the most kills get 5 additional gold per kill and 10% bonus Influence Points at the end of the match.

Special Passive II - Chopper Damage taken by ground units are reduced by 5%. However, Lucy will take 5% more damage against airborne units.

Synergy:

• Works well with Two copters in one team. Lucy can help Corki track down enemies on the ground so he can attack them with his gatling gun. Lucy can also help Corki lower their armor with her Penetration Rockets, helping Corki deal tons of damage afterwards. They're part of the same squadron. It's what they do. Ekko can stun people with his Parallel Convergence or Chronobreak to stun groups of enemies and deal tons of damage while Lucy can deal more with her Rapid Fire Barrels, lowering their armor for more teammates to finish them off with physical attacks. Tristana can deal a lot of damage since Lucy's using her weaponry to break down armor and keep Tristana behind her to block incoming attacks heading at her direction. This is especially effective since Tristana's Draw a Bead helps increase the range of attacks.

• Struggles against The rule of Gravity is what comes up must go down. Gravity Field forces Lucy down on the ground. Because of how centered the Gravity Field is with Augment-Implosion, getting pulled in the middle would mean taking damage from cramping parts into the middle like a black hole. You can't shoot targets blocked by a mustached man with a giant. . . door as his shield. Unbreakable can block Lucy's anti-armor attacks so by the time Lucy's done shooting, there's still more armor left to intercept physical attacks. Choppers are mostly made for attacking ground units, at least for Lucy's case. but Kayle, she's an airborne fighter so fighting against her might not be a good idea. Kayle's passive, Holy Fervor can break through Lucy's defenses without the need to get in close within her Propeller Blades. She can even use Intervention to prevent Lucy from penetrating her armor as she fights back.

Tips:

• Playing as Lucy > As you are being chased, always face your enemies so you can shoot back. You still move at the same speed when moving backwards. Make sure your allies are behind you as you fire back. > Activate Propeller Blades and Spot Light as you use Rapid Fire Barrels. That way, you can form a defensive barrier against all attacks at the collision point while providing visual support for your teammates. > In fights, keep moving sideways from where you face your target. Any skill shots can easily be dodged this way while also sending back skill shots of your own.

• Playing against Lucy > Try attacking Lucy from behind. Provide a good distraction to leave her tail exposed, especially when she uses Spot Light. > Have your team flank Lucy and her teammates from the sides or behind during team fights. Once your allies flank behind Lucy and her team, she would have no choice but to turn around, leaving her tail exposed and her defenses useless for allies standing in front of her. > Beware of using melee attacks. Propeller Blades were made to intercept these hijackers.

Lore: Lucy was one of the pilots in the Screaming Yipsnakes who were considered weak. Really insulting, especially to a girl. They use to think she can't handle anything. That didn't stop Lucy from proving them wrong. In fact, it made her confident enough to surprise them. The Top Ace knew what was coming. Seeing Lucy succeed would crack a smile on his face just because of how priceless the male pilots' reactions are when she took out an entire squadron of fighter planes with a helicopter. Those slower helicopters that just doesn't do well against faster aircraft. Even if you love riding these machines, there's just no point in using them in a fire fight against planes because of how slow it is. But when it comes to rescue missions and holding out points, they prove to be very useful. There were moments where waves of airplanes would come and try to take over a command post but a group of helicopters have manage to stop them because. They may lack speed but they don't lack fire power and defenses.

Lucy's aircraft is called the Aerial Warfare Sight Elite Operations Mass Exposure Chopper (a.k.a. the A.W.E.S.O.M.E. Chopper). A helicopter that was made to take the pain and fight back. It explains why the enemy fighters weren't able to shoot her down. But not only is it well protected but it's got some good maneuverability, too. It's most effective when it moves side ways, even if it gets slow, can still dodge incoming missiles. It's pretty hard for planes to hit helicopters this way. They have to keep flying pass the helicopters and turn around to try again. At their turning point, the Chopper already has a visual to shoot back at the target while still able to dodge rockets coming at its direction.

It's especially useful for ground operations, suppression, even emergency rescue missions. Many people were well protected with this weaponry thanks to its defenses and the weapons to force people back. It can be use offensively as well. These aircrafts tend to take point in offensive operations. They serve as a moving barrier while the main attacks fire from behind and provide airstrikes from above, forcing enemies to fall back. Lucy added Propeller Blades that can protect the chopper even more against projectiles and hijackers. There was a time where a group of Zuan Agents were shredded to pieces by the propellers. You could see the blood rain from below the helicopter. The only downside is the blood coming on the windshield which is why it is also good to have windshield wipers.

When the League of Legends came about, the Yipsnakes disbanded and Lucy was serving as a mercenary. Though her job wasn't well paid, that is until she was hired by the Top Ace himself to have one job, to join him in the League of Legends. Lucy was nervous but also excited to see that her career is about to pay off now she's about to have a new title with a good helicopter.

To enemies, she's death from above. To allies, she's the most "awesome" protector to look up to.

Her aircraft is 25% larger than 's. She's a tank aircraft after all.

Sneak Peek Trick: At some point of the match, Lucy will appear in the Jungle out of sight of both sides. You will find her with her search lights on, looking for targets. If she spots you, she will attack you until you are dead. Killing her will give a good amount of gold.
