Barton the Ranger

the picture used was from the books. the rangers apprentice (that's kinda where this idea came from) (cuz ya know gotta give credit where its due) Basically i was thinking that Barton would be more of a jungle, an top lane champion in of wich he would add a huge difference to jungle being well cough cough a marksmen. such as take a look at what i came up for with the lore and my explanation of his skills Barton is yes a marksmen. but also he is marksmen/assassin lets start with the skill rundown for example. basic attack- Barton fires his bow at an incredible speed. Q Rangers Hood- Barton puts on his hood and fades out of sight (can only be activated in the jg or a bush) will instantly becomes unable to be seen for 5 seconds (the reason it works instantly is because of how difficult it is to activate it there should be no wait time like twich or rengar (25,22,20,17,15 second cool-down). W sax knife Barton swings his sax knife in a cone shape dealing (40,80,120,160,240) attack dmg+ (1/3 current ad)(kinda like graves cone) (15,12,10,8,5 second cool-down). E throwing knife (same range as kats bouncing blade) Barton chucks his throwing knife at a target always dealing 5% of foes max health +(1/3 current ad) and leaves them with a slow for (2,3,4,5,6 seconds) (15,13,11,9,7 second cool-down). R- Barton draws his bow and fires a shot dealing 1/4 max heath +1/4 ad to target at his longest range and at medium range he deals 1/3 max heath +1/4 current ad (his ult is basically like an ashe ult mixed with nid's q in a way) (a medium range is harder to hit rather then cross map shots) where as a close up shot will only do +1/4 % dmg current dmg incensing in power up to 1/2 % current dmg if shot at close range (so like nid's q except the opposite well hers dose more dmg when she's further will is different yet it not hugely built and anyways still very useful on tanks because it dose true dmg on %of total heath again improves cool-down and dmg when upgraded ill let you guys figure that one out and his passive is joint shot- every time Barton gets a critical hit who/what ever was hit is slowed for one second. make any change's / comments on something you think would need a buff or de-buff on. now for the lore.... Barton grew up with the tree's and the shrubs he learned from them and they taught him well simply because this ranger has never ben seen for verry long he is always in and out of battles picking off commanders faster then demacia and noxis could deploy commanders Barton is a ranger taught by nature it self some question if he is even mortal with the way he kills ... he cut necks Like butter. and made shots with his long bow the greatest archers have only hoped to achieve. No one ever knows where Barton will show up next but they know when he dose something bad will happen. now how exactly would marksmen work in the jungle well Barton starts with about the highest ad or pretty damn close ad in the game. along with a very fast attack speed and a decent range for most marksmen well he is supposed to start w or e because w can hit more then one target in the cone perfect for finishing the large monster once it walks to you as well as do dmg to some of the smaller beasts or start e to give slows on the large monster so Barton can get more attacks in before it reaches him (also if you start red with a leash then have you top/bot lane ward your blue you can just snipe it over the wall) also know Barton is an extremely strong early game so if you want to invade his red unless your fiora or some one of the sorts watch you buns hon. where as if Barton cant get enough gold his late game is extremely difficult with tanks and assassins killing him because they do more dmg or he doesn't do enough mage's are not much of a problem because Barton has more magic resist then armor where if he gets built the only thing that's gonna shut him down is a fed yi or a mal ult (those kill almost anything but tanks) thanks for your time in reading this well huge wall of text again credit from the original idea and the picture used is from the rangers apprentice books written by john flanigin (not shure if i got that name right but meah) good books you should read them like an houre before bed it helps you sleep (stimulants like lol do not XD sadly)
