Ara'Nix, the Half-Void Princess
Originally, Ara'Nix is a half-void, half-human girl who originates from Piltover, being the daughter of Elise and Kha'Zix(I'm so sorry), who was sent from the future by Zilean. Her goal is to finally become a champion in the League of Legends, since in the future, another Rune War broke out and the League of Legends had to be disbanded. Though her goal is to become a champion, it's Zilean's intention so that she could steer time's path away from a Third Rune War.
But now, that backstory seems a bit ridiculous, so I'm just interested in seeing a rebellious, carefree young adult who struggles to contain her predacious Void-side from innocents, coming to join the League of Legends to let loose. This is a champion that lets the summoner really feel the rush of destroying and hunting.
She has retractable Void claws sprouting from her wrists, retractable spikes growing from her shoulders, antennae, and wings on her back. Not much else I can say about her appearance.
Ara'Nix has semi-changeable playstyles of an assassin or durable teamfighting disruptor, but her kit encourages the player to build to fill in the weaknesses of the two playstyles.
Ara'Nix's resource bar is Thrill, instead of mana. Casting abilities and attacking champions will generate her resource bar. There are two types of Thrill she can generate; Thrill of Hunt, and Thrill of Destruction. At the beginning of the game, before she generates 50% of her resource bar, Ara can freely decide on what kind of Thrill she wants to generate, based on her fighting stances; Hunter/Charger[R]. (Hunter for Thrill of Hunt, and Charger for Thrill of Destruction) After 50%, she cannot control what kind of Thrill she can generate any longer for the rest of the match.
[PASSIVE] Adrenaline Rush: After generating 50% of her Thrill, Ara'Nix will gain bonuses based on if she has generated Thrill of Hunt, or Thrill of Destruction. She also gains up to 30-45% bonus Attack Speed depending on how much Thrill she has generated(maximum passive Attack Speed bonus based on level)
Thrill of Hunt: She gains attack speed. Enemies running away from Ara'Nix will excite her, making her gain 10% slow reduction.
Thrill of Destruction: She gains 15% enhanced magic resist and armor, and also flat attack damage.
Once Ara'Nix gains 100% Thrill, she will be Delirious, only being able to stay in either Hunter or Charger mode, depending on if she has Thrill of Hunt, or Thrill of Destruction, and will gain double her bonuses from Adrenaline Rush(excluding the bonus Attack Speed, but still keeps the maximum bonus). Her attacks will deplete her resource bar and when her Thrill reaches zero, Ara will stop being Excited and lose all of her bonuses, being able to generate Thrill and switch her fighting stances once again.
The types of Thrill generation will keep alternating in a cycle, from either Thrill of Hunt or Thrill of Destruction.
**[Hunter's Q] **Mindbreak: Ara'Nix rips away at an enemy and injects her venom into them. The attack deals damage and adds 1-3 seconds to all of the target's basic abilities's cooldowns. Ara'Nix cannot lengthen their cooldowns again for 15 seconds. If none of their basic abilities are on cooldown, she will deal bonus true damage.
[Hunter's W] Death on Wings: Ara'Nix puts her wings to work and hovers around. She gains movement speed and is able to move through units for 20 seconds. During the duration, she is also granted bonus Thrill generation. Each attack during the active duration of the ability will reduce the duration by one second. She may also be able to pass through thin walls, but she may only do so two times and it will end her flight.
**[Hunter's E] **Napalm Spikes: Ara'Nix fires five spikes from her shoulders in a conic linear skillshot. Each spike can pass through minions, monsters, and one champion, stopping at a second champion struck. The spikes leave behind trails of poisonous clouds, that will slow enemy units caught in the vapors. Ara'Nix can reactivate the ability to throw a lighter into the trails of poisonous clouds and ignite them into an incendiary storm, damaging enemies caught in the fire and over time for a few seconds and reduce armor and magic resist that gradually comes back over time. If Ara'Nix is not in the poisonous clouds, she will have to wind-up to throw her lighter. The farther she is, the farther she has to channel up the ability reactivation.
[R] Hunter/Charger: Activating this will cause Ara'Nix to switch her fighting stances to either Hunter or Charger, granting her new abilities and stats. She can have this ability unlocked and level one without a point.
Thrill of Hunting: Ara'Nix unsheathes her void claws from her wrists and gains the desire for blood, giving her abilities made for dueling and assassinating, as well as flat AD and is able to sense if an enemy is in a brush or fog of war nearby, but cannot exactly pinpoint their location.
Thrill of Destruction: Ara'Nix becomes more sturdy and uses her super strength to bring havoc, giving her abilities made for disrupting the enemy team, as well as bonus Armor/MR and health.
[Charger's Q] Slamdown!: Ara'Nix leaps into a targeted area and brings a devastating punch into the ground, knocking up and damaging any units in a cone in front of her. If Ara'Nix leaps on top of an enemy champion, she deals 120% damage onto the single champion and the damage to other nearby enemy units.
**[Charger's W] **Terrain Destruction: Ara'Nix channels and devastates the ground around her with void energy, slowing and shredding armor.
[Charger's E] Impending Charge(Passive): When moving towards enemy champions, she gains growing movement speed and resets when she moves in another direction. She will damage and knock aside any enemy minion and jungle monsters. If she attacks a champion, she will end her charge and knock them up. She can also charge at enemy structures and deal true damage to them, but her passive will go on a cooldown.
