The Power Suit levels up in the same way that Pulsefire Ezreal's armour does:

The spawn animation is almost like the green background of the concept art, where a beam og green light appears, then the silhouette of Red Tiger Ranger Lee Sin will appear as a darker green before he becomes truly visible and the light disappears.
