Poppy Gameplay and Visual Update Concept

I have made this concept on what I would like to see from a Poppy Update. Maybe Riot finished her gameplay update already (Which I wouldn't mind because she would be released faster :) But here is my idea.

First off I always thought it was interesting how Poppy's hammer had a name; something which I don't think anyone else had at the time. So I think it would be fun if Whomper played more of a role in her kit.

Passive: Whomper Poppy has Whomper as an item in her inventory. She can upgrade whomper, similar to Viktors old passive. The first upgrade sets an effect; like after being out of combat for 10 seconds Poppy's next attack stuns for 1 second. Whomper can then be upgraded a second time; like the jungle items. So it would provide stats. So you choose one of the effects then one of the stat sets.

I think Whomper should be really hard hitting; but adding extra damage to her autos doesn't feel powerful enough.

Q: Hammer Slam Poppy would slam her hammer into the ground damaging the enemies hit. Maybe you could upgrade Whomper to make this ability slow and send out a shockwave.

Poppy's current W allows her to get stacks of defence and attack; this with the movespeed is fun but for a defence move I think using her shield would feel funner.

W: Shield Block Poppy puts up her shield in a target direction blocking incoming attacks. As Poppy blocks she charges up attack power(Maybe this part could be an upgrade to Whomper) This ability would work similar to Braums shield; but the block wouldn't end the attacks. So an Ezreal ult would be "blocked" but it would still keep going after hitting Poppy.

Personally I think that Poppy's charge is a nice ability that can stay the same.

E: Heroic Charge Would stay the same.

I feel like even though Poppy's ult is fun it is still rather odd and can lead to being completely invincible for 8 seconds if you target the right enemy. So I think it should be changed to have more impact on the team.

R: Aggressive Negotiations Poppy leaps onto a target enemy taunting them and making all other enemies get knocked away. This would be similar to if Xin Zhao didn't get defence from his ult; but it would be unique because it would taunt the target to keep them there without giving Poppy a huge stun or something.

In terms of Poppy's Visuals I would just like better Visuals and stuff. (Though I wouldn't mind Poppy getting a Pony Tail instead of Pig Tails)

eh

First off, I'd like to say I see absolutely no point in giving her an exclusive item for a passive. Especially since her original kit and design was not made with one in mind, unlike Viktor or Rengar.

Second, I feel Poppy is currently defined by her ult, and so even if it is not the same, her ult after rework should as close as possible

Third, I greatly dislike your idea for her W, for two reasons. One is that Poppy currently is a fighter/assassin, and that is the playstyle I love, therefore I do not believe in giving her any powerful damage negation tools besides her ultimate. The other reason I dislike your W is that I believe that Poppy's rework should ditch her shield, allowing more visual space for her hammer, and making her hammer a two-hander.
